Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services across the center, aligning with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine principles.

You will evaluate musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, document carefully, coordinate with physicians and staff, and educate patients on exercises and use of supports. Commitment to safety and HIPAA is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (preferred).
• Ortho-outpatient experience (preferred).
• HIPAA and PHI compliance in handling patient information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Document patient care accurately and ensure proper records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret PT treatment programs.
• Educate patients on therapies, exercises, and use of supports.
