Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI knowledge and compliance with laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluation of physical problems.
• Plan, implement, and interpret physical therapy treatment programs.
• Document patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Communicate with physicians and staff to ensure coordinated care.
