Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. You will align with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management and rehabilitation practices in occupational medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Core competencies: Service Mindset, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic to identify key facts, alternatives and solutions.
• Outstanding customer service and professionalism; HIPAA/PHI compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through QA policies and applicable regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians and patients to ensure coordinated care.
