Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• DC license or eligibility for DC licensure is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct PT evaluations and re-evaluations with goals and discharge plans.
• Documents according to PM&R standards and coordinates with care team.
• Supervises PTAs and rehab technicians; manages scheduling and patient flow.
• Participates in continuing education and staff in-services; assists with program development.
• Complies with health regulations and patient care standards.
