Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• 1–2 years related clinical practice in acute care or rehab.
• APTA Physical Therapy license or DC license eligibility.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct PT evaluations and re-evaluations with goals and discharge planning.
• Perform treatments per standards, including patient/family education.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care teams for discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulations.
