Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (WA).
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification and relevant state certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine goals and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Stay current with PT techniques and integrate new practices.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
