Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, evaluate, develop treatment plans, and manage discharges while upholding Reliant standards and best practices.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, collaborate with facilities, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role emphasizes patient outcomes and professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; participate in case management.
• Maintain state licensure and stay informed on regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
