Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while maintaining professional standards and compliance.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, develop programs, and stay current with regulations and billing practices, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and patient safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with guidelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
