Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy services to patients and to supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while partnering with facilities to uphold Reliant Rehabilitation standards.

The PT will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Please note rate range is an estimate and may vary by skill set and location.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.
