Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with facilities to ensure evidence-based practice and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, contribute to program development, and stay current with industry standards while maintaining professional conduct and communication in English.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during therapy sessions and oversee case management.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
