Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to promote independence and recovery.

You must hold a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent with Bachelor's plus 5 years of PT experience). We value patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Work in facility setting, reporting to Director of Rehab.
