Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain strength and independence in inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will work under the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients across in-facility settings.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and multidisciplinary team.
