Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility patient care team. You’ll assess needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse patients.

You’ll report to the Director of Rehab, collaborate with therapists and support staff, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered program. A valid PT license and relevant US education are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in facility settings.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
• Collaborate with rehab team to develop recovery plans and deliver PT services.
