Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver in-facility physical therapy. You will help restore function, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.

This role reports to the Director of Rehab and is part of a growing nationwide rehab and wellness network focused on patient-centered care and continual professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• If the PT degree earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy within in-facility settings.
• Provide patient-centered care, including therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehab team and other clinicians to optimize patient care.

Education

Physical Therapy license (US)

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's in PT related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
