Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, create personalized recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy services. You will collaborate with a care team and counsel patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in related PT field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign credentials must be evaluated for US equivalence when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services in in-facility settings.
• Collaborate with caregivers and peers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional recovery.
