Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills such as data entry in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and implement policy and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication with managers, coworkers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and train staff as needed.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents and families.
