We need a terrific PTA who is available to work at least two full days each week, with some flexibility for more on occasion.
If you're looking for a position where your clinical skills are valued, your schedule has flexibility, and you're supported by a team that genuinely cares about quality patient outcomes, we'd love to talk with you.
At Independence Rehab, we believe therapists do their best work when they're given the autonomy, resources, and support to focus on what matters most: their patients.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.
You'll provide individualized treatment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping patients build strength, confidence, and the skills needed to return to their highest possible level of independence.
SNF or ALF experience is a plus but not required. We welcome therapists from other practice settings and those beginning their careers. Our team is happy to provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
We're proud to be a people-first organization guided by a simple philosophy: Leading with Integrity. Empowering People. Delivering Outcomes.
We believe a great therapy department starts with therapists who feel respected, supported, and empowered to make a difference.
