Job summary

Independence Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Waterford Grand in Eugene, Oregon. The PTA will work with our therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license (or is eligible) and demonstrates strong communication, patient-centered care, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing or eligibility.
• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach to care.
• Collaborative attitude with sound clinical judgment and passion for helping others.

Independence Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at Waterford Grand in Eugene https://www.cascadeliving.com/community/waterford-grand/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmblisting.

We need a terrific PTA who is available to work at least two full days each week, with some flexibility for more on occasion.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside our Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

You'll provide individualized treatment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping patients build strength, confidence, and the skills needed to return to their highest possible level of independence.

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• A collaborative attitude, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine passion for helping others.

SNF or ALF experience is a plus but not required. We welcome therapists from other practice settings and those beginning their careers. Our team is happy to provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
