Job summary

Independence Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Waterford Grand in Eugene, Oregon. The PTA will work with our therapists and interdisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• A collaborative attitude, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary care team to help patients regain mobility and achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Provide individualized treatment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, helping patients build strength and independence.
