FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in NE Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that improve strength, mobility and balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility for Florida licensure.

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.

Compensation: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

Working alongside our Physical Therapists, you will help carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
