Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our West Fort Myers clinic. You will join a supportive outpatient team, carry out treatment plans created by a supervising PT, and help patients regain mobility through targeted exercises.

The role offers a full-time schedule, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($26–$35/hour) based on experience, and benefits including health and 401(k). New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or eligible to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist.
