Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in West Fort Myers, FL is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team.

You will work alongside supervising Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. We welcome new graduates to apply and provide growth opportunities within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Florida PTA license or eligibility for Florida licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.

• Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and progress strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other team members.
• Support a positive, patient-centered experience throughout care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Compensation: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience

$25-$35/hour + $2,500 sign on bonus + Profit Sharing Up to $1,000/Month | New Graduates Welcome

Position Summary

Working alongside our Physical Therapists, you will help carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
