Monthly Profit‑Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080-80,640 annually ($31.75-38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full‑time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, team‑focused clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
