This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Pay:$26 – $33 per hour (based on experience)

Monthly Profit‑Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics.

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full‑time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.
