FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a Full-Time PTA for our Metro Parkway clinic in Fort Myers, FL. Join a patient-centered outpatient team delivering orthopedic, balance, vestibular and neurological rehab with manageable caseloads and strong development opportunities.

Ideal candidates include recent graduates and experienced PTAs; you will be part of a supportive team with AI-assisted documentation and modern equipment to grow your skills and career.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation using AI-assisted technology.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.

Compensation

$26–$35/hour (depending on experience)
