Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist the physical therapist with mobility therapies to improve residents’ mobility, relieve pain, and promote wellness in a geriatric population.

Candidates must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice and be able to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
