Job summary

Woven Care is hiring clinicians for our multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice in Aurora, CO. We prioritize manageable caseloads, supportive admin, and career growth, with mentorship and learning opportunities to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient team and collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA.
• Conduct 30–60 minute one-on-one sessions and up to two evaluations per week.
• Maintain built-in documentation time to preserve evenings/weekends for personal time.

WhatYour Day Looks Like

You will join a team that loveswhat they do andareexcited to learn andgrowalongside you. Our multidisciplinary model meansyou’llhave the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA,gainingnew perspectives andbuildinga richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one -on- onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships,uptotwoevaluations per week that keep the work varied andengaging, andbuilt-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12-1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

Strong Compensation: Salary Range: $83,000-$89,000/year. Bilingual? Enjoy anadditional2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-basedmonthly bonus: We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-onbonus: Up to a $7,000 bonus.
