Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home pediatric team in Colorado. Full-time and part-time positions are available. You will assess, plan, and deliver pediatric therapy, collaborate with families, and document care in our electronic charting system.

Qualifications

• Colorado PTA license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions to pediatric patients (birth to 21).
• Evaluate, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation

• Pay: $41,600– $104,000 annually
  • Compensation dependent on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.
  • Low and high ends of range are indicative of typical full-time caseload volumes (20 visits minimum, no visit cap) and beginner to advanced skillsets.
