The Synchrony team is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on exercises and safety.

A current state PTA license and CPR certification are required, with 0–1 years of experience preferred. Work spans an interdisciplinary environment focused on quality patient care, collaboration with therapists and staff, and ongoing

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Observe patient responses, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and their families on exercises, safety precautions, and home progress strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient responses to therapy.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.

• Observe patient responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings and any concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients' responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide instructions to patients and their families on exercise techniques, safety precautions, and strategies to support continued progress at home.
• Support Physical Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress, providing additional observations and insights.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
