Job summary

Synchronization Health Campus is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in an interdisciplinary setting. The PTA will implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and contribute to team-based care.

Must hold a valid PTA license or certification, and CPR certification is preferred. This role involves direct patient care with potential long-term growth within the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses and Certifications: Current PTA licensure or certification; CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Observe patient responses and document progress for the supervising PT.
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and report findings to the supervising PT.
• Instruct patients and families on exercises, safety, and home progress strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
