Job summary

Amergis Travel Healthcare Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in Illinois. The role emphasizes treatment, implementation, and documentation aligned with the physician's plan of care.

Qualifications include active PTA licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and CPR if applicable. Prior PT experience is preferred; must meet federal/state requirements and be at least 18.

• Provide physical therapy services including treatment, implementation and documentation under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to physician's plan of care and maintain accurate records.

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
