Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lewisburg, WV. The PT will evaluate patients and provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

Requirements include licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited PT program, CPR if applicable, and compliance with federal/state regulations. Travel position offers benefits and weekly pay.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care developed for each patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
• Follow the plan of care and physician orders as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
