Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in Towson, MD. The PTA will provide physical therapy services, including treatment, implementation and documentation under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.

Minimum requirements include PTA licensure in the state of practice, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and CPR if applicable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• One year of PTA experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
