Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You will evaluate patients and deliver therapy services in alignment with the care plan and physician orders, while documenting progress and outcomes.

The role offers competitive weekly pay, full-time hours (40 per week), and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Prior PT experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services according to the plan of care.
• Document therapy services and patient progress in accordance with physician orders.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
