Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on treatment for skilled nursing residents under the supervision of the supervising Physical Therapist in Manchester, MD. Responsibilities include implementing the plan of care, helping residents improve strength and mobility, and documenting sessions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents improve strength, balance, and endurance for their daily routines.
• Guide walking, transfers, and bed mobility practice using appropriate assistance and prescribed equipment.
• Reinforce safe movement techniques with residents and caregivers while following individual precautions.
• Monitor treatment responses and report changes in symptoms, participation, or function to the PT.
• Document sessions clearly and coordinate with nursing and therapy colleagues to support mobility between treatments.

What You’ll Do
