Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park in Catonsville, MD. The PTA will support licensed PTs by delivering hands-on therapy to help residents improve mobility and independence.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with gait and strengthening, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do
