Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park in Catonsville, MD. The PTA will support residents with mobility goals and work under supervision to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands‑on therapy that helps residents improve mobility, build strength, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
