Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant at Autumn Lake at Long View. Support skilled nursing residents as they practice the movements needed for daily life, delivering hands‑on rehabilitation under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Provide prescribed treatments that address each resident's mobility goals and functional limitations.

• Lead exercises to improve strength, balance, and endurance within the established care plan.

• Assist residents with gait training, transfers, and bed mobility while following individual precautions.

• Reinforce safe techniques for using walkers and other prescribed mobility devices.

• Observe treatment tolerance and report changes in symptoms, performance, or participation to the supervising PT.

• Complete accurate treatment notes and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to support consistent mobility practices.
