Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed PTA to provide home health services to adults and geriatrics in and around DeKalb. You will work under supervision of a PT, visit patients at home and help regain strength and independence.

We offer a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume through our partner network, mentorship, and tools like a tablet with data plan. Mileage reimbursement and paid training are provided; compensation is per visit.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
