Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated home health PTA to deliver skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes across Lake County, IL. You’ll assess and treat adults and seniors, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume through agency partnerships, and opportunities for leadership and growth alongside supported mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
