Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring physical therapist assistants (PTAs) for home health in and around North Philadelphia. We offer full-time and part-time roles treating adult and geriatric patients with a flexible schedule and consistent patient volume.

PTAs will work under a supervising PT, receive training and mentorship, and gain access to support services, equipment, and a POSITIVE work culture focused on patient-centered care. Competitive per-visit compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to homes.
• Comfort with technology; EMR training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy under supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $50 - $55 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
