Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a Home Health PTA in Libertyville, IL, to provide in-home physical therapy services to adults and seniors. You will work under a PT, managing flexible schedules with consistent patient referrals and autonomy over your day.

Compensation includes a per-visit rate with training and mentorship, plus tablet and data plan support to streamline documentation and care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
