Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve adults and seniors in Lake County, IL. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and autonomy to manage your day with support from our agency network.

You will provide PTA services under supervision, help patients regain strength at home, and complete timely documentation. Paid training and mentorship are included, with a tablet and data plan provided to you.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
