Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. You will deliver PT services to adults and seniors in patients’ homes under the supervision of a PT, helping them regain strength and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, a consistent patient caseload, and strong clinical support. The role includes training, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership and advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
