Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-led team in Pittsboro, NC. The role supports patient care with supervised treatments and progress documentation in a day-time, full-time setting at Pittsboro Health and Rehab.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of experience as a PTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.
