Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and proper device use.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program completed.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.

• Documents patient progress and reports status changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities
