Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our Streetsboro, OH location. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a supervising therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a PT.
• Documents patient progress and communicates changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
