Job summary

Team Rehab in Detroit is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality patient care under a licensed PT. You will treat patients, educate on injuries and long-term wellness, and supervise Techs during modalities in a busy outpatient ortho setting.

The role offers ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, and a competitive compensation package including paid CEU time and opportunities for growth within a therapist-owned network.

$25 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
