Team Rehab in Michigan is seeking a committed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care under a licensed PT in outpatient orthopedics. You will educate patients, supervise techs, and contribute to protocol development while maintaining productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant (AAS-PTA) degree required.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain license.

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
