Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Novi, MI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapist-owned network. You will provide high-quality patient care under supervision, educate patients on injuries and progress, and document daily notes and discharges.

We offer mentorship, a $1,500 yearly CEU/loan repayment option, 40 hours of paid CEU time per year, and access to 50+ in-house CEU courses. Competitive pay with a monthly bonus supports our growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Valid PTA license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup/cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity: 60 treatments in a 40-hour week in outpatient ortho.
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).

• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.
